Pickup, Travel Safety, Fees, And Planning

You will receive final care instructions, food details, and guidance for the first days at home. Please bring a secure carrier, a soft blanket, and a small towel in case of motion sickness. Travel should be warm, quiet, and unhurried.
For families who cannot travel, hand delivered transport may be available depending on distance and schedule. We only consider transport arrangements that prioritize welfare, steady handling, and a secure carrier with familiar bedding.
